We’re a small family team that now (very happily) calls Carolina Beach home. 
 
Heather is the creative genius behind all the design and decor - so if you like it, thank her. She’s constantly searching for the best coastal color to paint a wall (sea salt? Oyster bay?) and is always making sure she finds the best wine in the area - in the name of research of course.

Julie, Heather’s sister, is the do-it-all property manager, making sure all your needs are taken care of. She’s also the creator of the incredible handmade wall hangings you’ll find in the bungalows and is the coffee connoisseur, always finding the best cafes or experimenting on how to make the best cup at home - in the name of research of course.

Trav, Heather’s husband, is the resident “deal finder”, constantly searching for unique properties and dreaming of how to turn them into something amazing. He’s also willing to try any and all restaurants in the area - in the name of research of course. 

Whit and Haddie, our young son and daughter, make sure that all the swing chairs are fun to swing in, all the beds are comfortable enough to jump on, and all the tv’s are loaded with Netflix so that you can watch Bluey. All in the name of research, of course.
